宏伟初级中学

2018年10月24——26日，我校二人随队赴河北参观、学习。三天行程，五所学校。匆忙但又紧凑，短暂却又充实。三天时间，我们深入学校，参观校园，听取报告，参与课堂，亲身感受了这方古老大地上的教育传奇。燕赵大地，自古多慷慨悲歌之士，名人辈出，更不乏文学大家。卢照邻、高适、贾岛、韩愈、关汉卿、曹雪芹……闪耀历史长河，昭示后世，文脉相承！今天，河北教育有以其神话般的绚烂，绽放神州！

作为乡村教师，目之所及，无非山丘沟壑，难成美景。但我们总是默默地观察、探寻让淳朴不失，让灵感常驻的愿景，却总是事与愿违，遗憾重重。回顾此次河北之行，深感颇有收获。下面，就是我们的几点思考，希望与诸位共勉！

首先，我想请各位聆听这样一段话：

习惯了——衡中生活记忆

对于我们学生来说，每天5:30起床，要在不到10分钟的时间里完成起床穿衣洗漱收拾床铺打扫卫生，被子叠成豆腐块，铺面不得有丝毫的褶皱；每天要用不到10分钟的时间完成教室—食堂—教室的路程；每天谁第一个到达教室谁最后离开教室，老师点出的问题都会有十分详细的记录。

诚然，我们承受的压力是难以形容的——每天作业涂卡读成绩；每天老师拿着成绩单画人名；每周周测总成绩排名；每次月考总成绩排名，单科成绩排名，进步退步幅度排名……我们不是坚强，我们是不得不坚强，每次的成绩，总会有不尽如人意，呐喊，彷徨，泪水，委屈，多种情感交织的感觉向来不是好受的。

可是有谁知道，我们为此付出了多少？有谁知道白天没有时间，没有地点发泄，晚上躲在被窝里的我们蒙着头默默的啜泣？有谁知道我们在付出了很多努力后，不进反退的挫败感是多么刺痛我们的心？有谁知道我们付出了那么多努力，依旧会受到老师的批评？有谁知道，严格的时间管理，我们一点点的小举动都会让我们为此付出代价？有谁知道，我们为了我们的梦想，我们所失去的，我们所承受的？

其实，我们是习惯了……

习惯了早上在天黑黑的时候顾不得洗脸刷牙迅速冲出宿舍。

习惯了每次进教室前扫一下自己贴在教室外面的目标、让心中充有更多的自信。

习惯了早读声音太小被老师一次又一次的呵斥提醒。

习惯了每天看着倒计时在上自习时，看着表分秒必争的状态。

习惯了课间追着老师问题的画面。

习惯了……

我们真的习惯了……

我不知道我是不是被“制度化”了……

那个曾经恨得咬牙切齿一天骂他八遍却不许别人说一句不是的地方，那个刚来时巴不得早点走等到真要走时却又想多留一会的地方，她偷偷地留下了我独一无二的青春。如果在给我一次选择的机会，我不会在选择衡中，因为第一遍的感觉无可替代！

当我们在衡中时，是身在苦中不知苦，却没想到，当我们离开之后，对于那些难以磨灭的曾经，却抱以身在福中不知福的感慨。

直到离开她，我们才明白衡中带给我们的到底是什么？

是啊，无数个“习惯了”。我们无法体会衡中学子内心的感受，却渴望我们的学生离开时也有如此动情的告白。我们无论从体制，还是所处环境，不能同衡水教育相提并论。但简简单单的“习惯了”三个字，却蕴含良多。

我们想，衡水学子习惯了严抓细管；习惯了坚持；习惯了励志践行。

一、 严抓细管。

走进校园，干净、整洁、美观。风格各异的建筑层次映衬，醒目的金色大字尽显庄重，一条条标语诉说着过去、现在的紧张与决心。校园里静悄悄的，我想，教室里肯定是如火如荼。课间休息时，教室外几乎见不到人影，学生都在教室内仍埋头作业或小声讨论问题。课间跑操前几分钟，几乎没有人抬眼东张西望，所有学生手里都拿着学科内容在大声地朗读。

走进课堂，听老师讲课，翻看了学生的课堂笔记、试卷等。他们的成绩单上，不仅有成绩、名次、进退，还有每道题的得分率，每道题错误学生的姓名，更有任课老师的批语，如“考得不错，加油啊！这次男生不如女生，要知道落后就要挨打啊”“作业要更细心一些”。

跑操结束后，同学们快速奔向教学楼，几百名学生井然有序从侧门进入，无一人嬉闹、推搡！校园里，你看不到学生在课间追逐打闹、走东窜西，也看不到学生在路上边走边吃、随地乱扔，看不到学生的奇装异服，更看不到学生使用手机、MP3等。一切都是那样的井然有序，整个校园静悄悄的，教师依然在认真工作，学生依然在埋头学习。

餐厅里，学生们排队打饭，井然有序。这里，没有嘈杂，没有例外，排在后面的学生都手捧书本，有的诵读，有的默记。能容纳几千人吃饭的餐厅，却上演着比我在任何集会、任何教室所看到的的绝美千倍的场景！

每所学校几乎如是！我想，是什么能让师生如此宁静守纪呢？除了细化的、严格的，甚至是苛刻管理制度，我想不出别的理由。

二、贵在坚持。

课间铃声响了，同学们快速奔向班级所在的的位置站定，双手以同样的速度举起识记的纸片，大声诵读，无一例外！顿时，整个校园沸腾了，彷如百鸟振翅，千舸争流！随着一声口令，沸腾的校园瞬间沉静。同学们跟着口令变换队形、踏步，铿锵有力，神情严肃，旁若无人！跑操开始了，同学们前后紧挨，预备，开始！瞬间，几千名学生如同一人，相同的步履，相同的姿势，相同的节奏，甚至连表情都是相同的！激情昂扬，高亢的口号响彻云霄，整个空间动起来了！看惯了两百多人跑操都“溃不成军”的场景，我真的被震撼了。远远望去，偌大的操场上，只见一睹黄色的城墙向前移动！壮观无比。有时我想，如果一个孩子迈错了脚，一个班的队伍将瞬间奔溃，可是没有，当然也不会出现。如果不是日复一日，年复一年的坚持，不会有这样的震撼呈现。一个简单的跑操都跑成了极致，跑成了“天下第一操”，其他已然更是“习惯”了。

三、砺志践行

衡水中学每年“五一”前后要让学生进行一次被称之为“砥砺意志的长征”的远足活动。在远足的活动中，同学们表现出了前所未有的勇敢和坚强。漫长的行程中，没有一名同学叫苦，能听到的是充满豪气的“流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队”口号声和豪迈的歌声。沿途中，同学们还表现出非常好的互助精神，非常好的组织纪律性，他们自觉捡拾路边的垃圾，细微之处展现了衡中人的高素质。这次远足带给同学们的不仅是胜利的喜悦，更给同学们带来了终身难忘的体验。

脚虽长在盈尺，但没有比脚更长的路——只要肯不停地走，跋涉的时间要比欢庆胜利的时间长得多，人生何尝不是这样，追求的过程永远比成功的享受长得多……这是学生们远足活动之后的感悟。不难想象，有了这样的经历，这样的感悟的学生，对待困难、对待学习、对待未来会是怎样一种态度。他们没有理由不成功。

反思：衡水教育的办学模式是一个有机系统，是个整体，衡中文化是其内在的合力内核，是统一行动的内在准则。十几年的打拼，形成了一系列配套的观念、制度、体制、措施。我们看到的仅仅是其呈现的几点形式而已，至于内涵还远未触及。但我的脑海里还是那位衡中毕业生的无数个“习惯了”。我们的孩子缺少的不就是这诸多的“习惯了”吗？实实在在、持之以恒的让学生时刻谨记这些习惯，执行这些习惯，或许比清谈改革、转变更有意义：

一、继续挖掘“养成教育”潜能，尝试让学生自主拟定教育主题；

二、实实在在落实常规，时时处处检查督促，责任到人，制度管人；

三、借鉴衡水经验，根据学校实际情况，对初三课程（课时、内容）进行整合；

四、应在浓厚的学习氛围及中考氛围，注重学生励志教育；

五、深化家校合作，充分发挥家长学校的职能；

六、强化教师纪律意识，团结合作意识，党性意识，向更为高效迈进。
