初三英语备课组在组长的带领下，根据近几年中考试题特点及学生实际情况，采用“四轮复习法”作为初三英语总复习计划。第一轮要求先全面复习初中英语基础知识，学生重读课本，夯实基础。以中考指导为主。第二轮进行重点语言基础知识及专项题型的复习，第三轮是语言应用强化训练。第四轮就是中考模拟训练 。
第一轮复习在3月-4月，教师以教科书为本,按教材顺序归纳语言点，讲透语言点的运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，重点是基础词汇、词组、句型的过关。这一轮切忌炒“冷饭”，要做到“温故而知新”。这就要充分发挥学生的学习主动性，在单元复习前，让学生利用早自修预习本单元重点短语和句型，教师归纳时可与其它短语做横向、纵向比较，帮助学生巩固运用。我们使用的辅导书是《高效课堂》，学生在做配套联系的同时，可进行阶段性检测，一方面激发学生学习积极性，另一方面及时查漏补缺，巩固好基础知识。
第二轮复习至五月下旬结束，一是针对重点的语言基础知识，如名词与代词、形容词与副词、动词、状语从句、宾语从句的复习。要求突出重点，反对

指导学生做完型填空时：
1.通读全文，从整体上感知全文，掌握大意，切忌只盯住一个句子仓促解题。快速阅读时还要注意找出关键词，抓住了关键词就抓住了故事的线索。
2.重视主题句。短文的主题句，往往是每篇文章的首句，有时也出现在文章的中间或结束处。主题句是深入了解全文的“窗口”，甚至能以此句为立足点，从该句的时态、语气推测全文的主要内容。
3.还原检查，看是否顺理成章，从语意和语法两方面检查无误后便可完成。 做阅读理解题时应提醒学生注意以下几点：
1.作题时可先浏览问题，带着问题通读全文，也可先通读全文再看题目，文章至少读两遍以上。
2.正确对待文章中的生词和难句，要学会根据上下文判断其意。对于文章中一些较复杂的长句，只要抓住重点和关键，问题就明朗了。

三、学生情况分析
从本次期末的第一次质量预测的成绩来看，九年级150班学生的英语学习情况和其他几个班级很相似，学生英语水平普遍较差，成绩好的不多，部分学生已经对英语失去了信心，还有一部分学生觉得英语越来越难，渐渐力不从心了，不感兴趣了，发言也不是很活跃。针对这种情况，教学的时候需要注意在备课中增加趣味性，以此来提高学生对英语学习的兴趣，同时注意在面对绝大多数学生时，注重打好基础，从最基本的东西抓起，避免拔苗助长。
四、教材分析
本学年英语教学内容为一册，共15个单元，从上学期结束已经上完11个单元，剩余4个单元计划在5周内完成教学任务。接着进行总复习，具体教学内容包括：
词汇：识记、理解、掌握书中的所有单词，熟练应用重点单词和短语，复习初中的所有单词。
语法：掌握8种时态，一般现在时,一般过去时,一般将来时,现在进行时,过去进行时,现在完成时,过去完成时和过去将来时。了解部分构词法，掌握英语的基本句子结构：五种简单句，并列句，复合句(状语从句及定语从句)。
